TOP 6 WORKOUT FOR HUGE BACK, COMPLETE BACK WORKOUT AT HOME, EXERCISES FOR HUGE BACK
In our new series we will do Back on Tuesday to start. We did our chest previously. This is a solid routine covering the back from various angles. Back is a large muscle so we will give it a solid concentration.
Make sure you stretch before workout.

Following is what I performed in this routine:

Lat Pull Down/Pull ups
3 Sets of 6-8 Reps

Reverse Grip Pull Down/Chin ups
3 Sets of 6-8 Reps

One Arm Row
3 Sets of 12 Reps each side

3 Sets of 12 Reps
