The best way to lower the sugar levels is to wake up go swimming for ten minutes fast just like i do. Don't swim slow you must swim fast on empty stomach . Skip breakfast , do some leg work out everything fast more reps not to heavy, then run fast, then jump in the sauna if you can then go swimming for fast ten minutes then go back to the sauna then dry your self . you will sleep like a baby .
