This is a back workout for muscle growth. This workout will target your full back. As before any workout you want to warm up first. This routine is in circuit format. Which means you will do each exercise back to back with no rest in between. Once a round is complete then there is a 1 minute rest time. You'll want to repeat for a minimum of 3 rounds.
