Modern life puts us in unnatural positions for long durations of the day. Particularly, the average adult spends roughly seven hours a day sitting. This leads to tightened shoulders, chest, hip flexors, and hamstrings. It also lengthens the posterior chain, weakening them. All of this ultimately leads to issues that can wreak havoc on our body after years of being in this state.

This video is targeted towards those who sit a text on a day to day basis. It will combat the negative effects of sitting through strengthening the posterior chain and stretching the muscles that are tightened.
