- 15 Sec Break
- 30 Sec Leg Raises
- 15 Sec Break
- 30 Sec Plan Up and Downs
- 15 Sec Break
- 30 Sec High Knees
- 15 Sec Break
- 30 Sec Bicycle Crunches
- 15 Sec Break
- 30 Sec Straight Leg Walk Outs
